Reheat Co. Inc., AE0-000-084, 5 Zone Controller, 120V, Used This is a controller to run a 5 zone heater exhaust system, typically on an lpcvd reactor where you are trying to keep a nitride foreline above a temperature to prevent ammonium chloride buildup. Will work for other applications, this looks like it is designed for K type thermocouples and can handle quite a bit of current. No schematics, but should be mostly self explanatory
